Shipping Locations

Shabby Boutique ships within the United States, Canada, and internationally.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary
depending on the item, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping for Large & Furniture Items

Some oversized items, including furniture and other large pieces, cannot be shipped using
standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx due to size, weight, or handling requirements.

These items may require alternative delivery arrangements, which may include:

  • Freight shipping
  • Local delivery
  • Local pickup
  • Specialized third-party transport services

Shipping costs for large items may be quoted separately after purchase or coordinated directly
with the customer prior to shipment.

Delivery timeframes for furniture and oversized items may be longer than standard shipping and
will vary based on location, carrier availability, and item size.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing large items if they have questions
about delivery options, costs, or timelines.

Shipping Rates

Shipping options may vary by product and may include:

  • Tiered flat-rate shipping on select items
  • Calculated shipping at checkout on select items
  • Free shipping on select items
  • Local pickup on select items when available

DIY Paint Co. Shipping Exclusion

Due to vendor contract requirements, ALL DIY Paint Co. products are excluded from any
tiered flat-rate shipping promotions
offered by Shabby Boutique.

Shipping for DIY Paint Co. items will be calculated separately at checkout or applied according
to vendor-specific shipping requirements, regardless of other shipping offers that may apply to
the rest of an order.

If an order contains both DIY Paint Co. products and other items, shipping charges may be
calculated independently, and items may ship separately.

Processing & Handling Times

Processing time is separate from shipping time and varies based on the type of item ordered.

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 1–5 business days
  • Handmade & custom items: May take up to 2 weeks or longer depending on the item

Orders containing multiple item types may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Third-Party Shipped Items

Some products may be shipped directly from third-party vendors. As a result:

  • Items may arrive in separate packages
  • Shipping times may vary by vendor
  • Orders may ship from different locations

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select items. If eligible, pickup details and instructions
will be provided after purchase.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other
charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Shabby Boutique is not
responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other
circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the
carrier and customer.

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers should file a claim with the carrier
  • We are happy to assist by providing shipping documentation if needed
  • Packages marked as delivered are considered delivered and are not the responsibility of Shabby Boutique

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Shabby Boutique
is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
