Returns & Refund Eligibility
Shabby Boutique only accepts returns under the following circumstances:
- The item received grossly misrepresents the product as shown or described
- The item has a manufacturer defect (applies to third-party products only)
- The customer received the incorrect item
We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s preference.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are unsure about an item, we strongly
encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to answer any questions about product details, condition, sizing, materials,
vintage wear, or anything else that may help you make an informed decision.

Reporting an Issue
If your order qualifies under one of the conditions above, you must contact us within
3 days of delivery at:
howmayihelpyou@shabbyboutique.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will choose one of the following at our discretion:
- Send a replacement item
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
- Store credit may be issued
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Handmade items with natural variations in color, texture, or finish
- Minor differences from product photos
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Requests made after the 3-day report window
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part.
Vintage & Antique Items Disclaimer
Some items sold by Shabby Boutique are vintage or antique. Due to their age and history,
these pieces may show normal signs of wear, including minor imperfections such as:
- Small scratches
- Patina or discoloration
- Minor chips, cracks, or surface wear
- Variations in materials or construction
These characteristics are considered part of the item’s charm and authenticity and are
not considered defects.
Vintage and antique items will only qualify for return if they are:
- Grossly misrepresented in the listing, or
- Incorrect item shipped
Normal age-related wear, visible imperfections shown in photos, or details noted in product
descriptions are not valid reasons for a return or refund.
Rewards Points & Returns
Any rewards points earned from a purchase will be adjusted if that purchase is later returned.
If an item is returned for a refund and is not part of a direct exchange, the
points earned from that purchase will be removed from the customer’s rewards balance.
If the return causes the rewards balance to fall below zero, Shabby Boutique reserves the right
to deduct the equivalent value from the refund amount or adjust the account accordingly.
Points will remain intact only when an item is returned as part of a direct exchange for another
item of equal or greater value.
