Secondly, I have been noticing that the Etsy Shipping Calculator has been overcharging for shipping (I have had to give refunds on just about every purchase since the beginning of the year). Please know that although I do charge a small handling fee for shipping supplies, I am not trying to make money on shipping costs. I WILL REFUND any overage on shipping costs over $1. I have had issues since the beginning of the year when USPS changed the shipping rates and have not been able to figure out why the calculator has been overcharging so much. So please do not let the shipping costs scare you into not purchasing from my shoppe and if you have questions at all about the shipping quoted by Etsy, please ask. This is Vintage Utensil Basket that I upcycled into a Charming Beach Cottage Beauty. I left the inside it’s natural dark stain for a gorgeous contrast to the chippy Antique White over Turquoise blue. Distressed and slightly Crackled to perfection to give it that Old World Charm. I also added a Elegant Picture Frame with a decoupaged Beach Scene on it. Then gave it a White Wash to bring out all the detail of the frame.

This Cottage Basket is 15″ Tall w/ handle & 6 1/2″ w/o x 10 1/2″ Wide x 8 1/4″ Deep. The inside dimension of the largest pocket is 9 1/2″ x 3 1/2″.
